State Avenue Quilt: The One from the Sew-along!
You can purchase the pattern here!
I had so much fun working on this quilt and watching the progress everyone was making during the sew-along.
Over the course of six weeks, we made our quilt top and reviewed a few different skills and techniques. Those blog posts will always live on the blog, so you can look back at any time if you have a question when making the quilt.
This quilt was one of my favorites right from the beginning. I was drawn to this earthy color palette of greens, purples, and golds and was able to mix in some lovely woven fabrics for a bit of texture.
Once the quilt top was finished, I sent it to Lisa Ann of Pieced Pineapple Studio to work her magic. (Don't forget sew-longers, there are five longarm quilters offering 20% off long arm service through October 31, 2020!)
Together we picked the gingersnap pantograph, and it turned out SOOOOOOO good!!!
